Technical Sessions

Abstracts are invited under the following themes:

  1. Aquaculture Production
  2. Fish and Shellfish Nutrition and Feed Technology
  3. Aquaculture Genetics, Breeding and Biotechnology
  4. Aquatic Animal Health and Management
  5. Aquatic Environment and Management
  6. Aquatic Biodiversity, Stock Assessment and Conservation
  7. Aquatic Food Safety and Quality
  8. Aquatic Food processing, Product Development, Value Addition and Packaging
  9. Fishing Technology and Fisheries Engineering
  10. Socio-economics, Fisheries Policy, Capacity Building, Livelihood and ICTs in Fisheries

 

Deadline for submission of abstracts through online is March 31, 2022. Papers selected and accepted for oral presentation will be given 15 min (inclusive of discussion) and for poster/flash presentation it is thirty minutes. The best presentations in each session will be selected judiciously based on merit and will be given awards. Abstract guidelines and other details are available in:

Abstract Submission
The abstracts should be focused on any of the technical sessions. Submit your abstract through online by
March 31, 2022

Authors of selected abstracts will be given a chance for oral presentation.
Abstract word limit: within 300 words.
All selected Abstracts  with payment received would feature in the book of abstract.

 

Participants & Eligibility
The IFAF is open for the scientists, teachers, research scholars of central, state organisations, private fisheries industries, progressive fish/shrimp farmers, NGOs, etc.


Paper Presentations
The authors will be invited for 20 minutes oral presentations (including 5 minutes discussion). A few papers will be selected for poster/ flash presentation of three minutes. The best presentations in each session will be selected judiciously based on merit and will be given awards.
