Paper Submission Guidelines:
PhD Colloquium on Ethically Driven Innovation and Technology for Society (PhD EDITS) invites contributions from researchers from industry and academic institutions in engineering and technology. The contributions may be conceptual, theoretical, or empirical. It will accept for review original previously unpublished novel research abstracts and poster papers in various topics (click here to see the tracks).
Since it is intended for PhD scholars, we are restricting that the first author of every submission must be a scholar.

Submission Format: IEEE formatted articles are to be in a MS-Word (.docx files). For templates, please see submission site link below.
Length: 2-pages for both extended abstract and poster paper.

Paper Guidelines:
The authors may use IEEE Microsoft Word templates when preparing their manuscripts. All submissions will be peer-reviewed and accepted and presented papers will be submitted for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore.
It is expected that the submitting author (Ph.D. scholar) will present the paper (oral or poster) at the colloquium. If the submitting author will not attend, a co-author of the paper may present. The substitution form below must be filled out to authorize this change.
A single-blind review process is used to assure the anonymity of authors and reviewers, and the final acceptance is based on the reviewers’ comments.
