ORAL PRESENTATION:

                                      Soft copy to be sent as per requirement for  “Indian Pediatrics” with abstract in maximum of 150 words.The papers will be screened by the screening committee and will be decided for acceptance/rejection. You will be informed in advance for further preparation.
 

IAP members or student members are eligible to present.

Registration  for  the  conference  is  a  must  for  sending  the  paper  for  the presentation both for the oral presentation and poster presentation.

Each presenter will be given ten minutes for oral presentation and will have five minutes for discussion and questions from judges and floor.

The paper should not have been presented at any other conference, published or sent for publication till the time of the presentation.

The selection committee will choose the submitted abstract for the oral presentation.

Cash prize for oral presentation.

1st prize: 5000 rupees.
2nd Prize: 3000 rupees.

POSTER PRESENTATION:

Abstracts invited for the poster presentation.

• The  poster  may  be  mounted  on  the  programmed  day  only  i.e.,as  allotted  to  you, between 7-8am on 12 September 2015.
•  
• The poster should be mounted on a special board 3’x 3’ provided by the organisers. Please mount your illustrations on a thin cardboard so that they may be fixed easily on the poster board. Additional space will not be allowed to be utilised by you under any circumstances.

Adequate materials will be made available for affixing the poster.The poster should include

• Title
•  
• Name of the author(s)
•  
• Name of the Institution & postal address
•  
• Drawings & illustrations
•  
• Letters for the title should be 4 cm high and printed on top of the poster.
•  
• The  text  and  legends  should  be  clearly  readable  from  a  distance  of at  least  2  meters(use large size print ).
•  
• Keep the poster as simple as possible
•  
• Fixo tape / drawing board should be brought by the presenters to fix the posters.
•  
• The  author  should  arrange  his  /  her  exhibit  on  the  space  allotted  according  to  the number. The conference assistant will help the author if asked for.
•  
• For the assessment of posters the discussant (the presenter) will have to wait near the poster during the poster session announced to discuss the points raised by the judges.
•  
• The   selection   committee   will   choose   the   submitted   abstracts   for   the   poster presentation.
