Conference Objective
Digital innovation plays vital role in the realm of modern world. Adaptation of smart, disruptive and sustainable computing techniques enhances the growth of various sectors of developing countries like India. ICSCRUD’2020 specifically supports the sustainable computing techniques that help in the development of rural and urban areas of Digital India Initiatives. It explores the impact of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in the form of academic research, industrial pilot projects and the value added development initiatives in relation to many challenges posed by researchers in this field. The unique thematic tracks of the conference provide participants an opportunity to share, publish and showcase a comprehensive overview of their original and unpublished research work and also acts as a platform for sharing knowledge among researcher, professionals, decision makers and civil society for sustainable development in the rural and urban sectors of modern digital India.

PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
ICSCRUD 2020 invites Professionals/ Academicians/ Researchers/Students for submitting their original, previously unpublished and high-quality research papers. The conference will be focused on addressing research challenges in the field of “Sustainable Computing for Rural and Urban development”. Kindly note that the submissions are not limited to the topics mentioned in the conference themes.
All papers that conform submission guidelines will be double-blind peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Acceptance of papers will be communicated to authors by their email. The authors of the accepted papers will be allowed to make corrections in accordance with the suggestions of the reviewers and submit final camera-ready papers within the stipulated deadline.
PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
(A) GENERAL INFORMATION
The Original unpublished Research Papers, Articles & Working papers having maximum length 8 pages are invited for presentation/publication in the conference proceedings.
(1) Kindly ensure that your paper is formatted as per Template (not exceeding 8 pages). Additional pages above the given limit will be charged.
(2) All submissions will be thoroughly peer-reviewed by experts based on originality, significance and clarity.
(3) Only those papers having original content with novel research results or successful innovative applications will be considered for publication in SCI/Scopus indexed journals.
(5) If a paper is accepted for publication in any indexed journal, the publication charges (if any) should be beared by the author(s) of the paper.
(4) One of the authors of the accepted paper should register for the conference by paying the registration fees.
(B) PLAGIARISM POLICY
(1) The paper prior to submission should be checked for plagiarism from licensed plagiarism software like Turnitin/iThenticate.
(2) The similarity content should not exceed 10% (in any case either self-contents or others).
(3) Any form of self-plagiarism or plagiarism from others' work(s) should not be there in an article. If any model/concept/figure/table/data/conclusive comment by any previously published work are used in your article, you should properly cite a reference to the original work.
(4) If you are using any copyrighted material, you should acquire prior permission from the copyright holder
