Universiti Teknologi MARA Sarawak Branch has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan on the 21st January 2019. The outcome from the meeting after the signing of the MoU, both universities have agreed to focus on protecting both countries natural resources of soils, water, vegetation and biodiversity by facilitating the development and adoption of more sustainable agricultural practices. Both universities have then agreed to jointly organize this conference. This yearly conference will be held alternately between Malaysia and Taiwan, giving opportunities for agro-based industries players from both countries in sharing their updated findings.
