How to reach Venue: Airport is about 40 kms from the venue and can take about 90 Minutes depending on traffic conditions. Traffic is heavy during peak hours, taxis are readily available. Because of distance, traffic and the fact delegates from different countries and time zones are reaching widely different times and day, it is not possible to run a bus or pick them. The organisers will engage an event manager who will ferry individual delegates in luxury cars with prior booking. Nominal fares will be charged. Details and contact details of the event manager will be available soon. This is the most reliable means to travel to venue in comfort.
There are four main railway stations in Delhi located in different directions: Old Delhi, New Delhi, Hazrat Nizamuddin and Anand Vihar. New Delhi and Old Delhi railway stations are well connected with the Metro.
